　　The operator of the hydraulic system should master the working principle of the system, be familiar with the operation method and operation points when using it, and be familiar with the function of each adjusting device, the direction of rotation and the adjusted pressure and flow rate change when using. Reversing, causing an accident.

　　Before the hydraulic system starts, it is necessary to check the adjustment devices on the system and whether the handle is moved by an unrelated person to check whether the position of the electric switch and the travel switch is normal. Check the oil temperature before driving. If the oil temperature is lower than 10 °C, the system can be warmed up with no-load operation. If the hydraulic oil condenses at room temperature below 0 °C, it should be started after heating. If available, hydraulic fluids of different viscosity can be used in summer and winter.

　　The hydraulic system should pay attention to the height and temperature rise of the oil level during the working process. Generally, the working temperature of the oil is suitable from 35 °C to 60 °C. The hydraulic fluid should be inspected and replaced regularly to keep the oil clean. For newly-introduced equipment, the tank should be cleaned and the oil should be renewed for about one month. In the future, the cleaning degree of the hydraulic oil should be cleaned and changed every other year or at the interval as required by the instruction manual.

　　The hydraulic system should pay attention to the working condition of the filter during the process of use. The filter element should be cleaned or replaced regularly to prevent impurities from entering the tank. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be sealed as required.
